Dr. Amy L. Kauderer, PT
Amy is the owner and President of Falcon Physical Therapy. She was a member of the first class to receive a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Buffalo.
Amy has an extensive experience with orthopedic therapy and elder care.
She grew up in Wheatfield and loves working close to her roots. In her free time, Amy enjoys geocaching, playing taiko (Japanese drums) with JGB Shibuki, and sitting around a fire in the backyard.
Tiffany Ford, PTA
Tiffany joined our team in 2017. She is a 2009 graduate of the physical therapist assistant program at Villa Maria College.
Before landing in our outpatient clinic, Tiffany worked with adults with developmental disorders and in nursing homes.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys the adventures of raising three children with her partner, Jon.
Dr. Sara Paul, PT
Sara earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University at Buffalo in 2019. During her clinical experiences, she worked in outpatient orthopedics, hospitals, and rehabilitation with a focus on post-stroke, orthopedic and cardiac rehabilitation.
Sara grew up in Long Island, where she enjoyed going to the beach anytime of the year. She enjoys running and has run 2 half marathons and 1 full marathon. In her free time, Sara says “I like to hike, exercise, cook, and visit my family.”
Stephen Church, Office Manager
Stephen is the go to guy for insurance questions and billing. If he cannot answer your question he will do his best to find the answer.
He is a veteran of the US Navy, serving on a submarine. In his spare time Stephen is a musician and artist.
Bonnie Chaney, Office Staff
Bonnie does all the amazing holiday decorating. You might find her at the desk wearing festive deely-boppers or dancing while folding laundry. She enjoys spending time spoiling her grandkids.
